Sheila has been living in the Bury St Edmunds area for fourteen years. She learned Transcendental Meditation in 1968 in her home country, Canada, and has been teaching the technique since 1972. She has instructed people from a wide range of nationalities and backgrounds in many countries. Several years of her career in the Transcendental Meditation organisation were spent working at the international headquarters, which administers the Transcendental Meditation programme worldwide.

Introductory Meetings These are offered monthly (and sometimes bi-monthly) at the address above. These can often be arranged on a one-to-one basis at times convenient to those attending. Courses to learn Transcendental Meditation These are arranged at times mutually convenient to the student and teacher. Most courses are taught during the daytime or early evening.
