SPECIAL ONLINE LESSON ON MAHARISHI YOGA ASANAS

Dear Friends,
 

We are delighted to let you know of a great opportunity to learn or revise the first set of Yoga Asanas which Maharishi selected to support our practice of Transcendental Meditation. You may also pick up some useful tips from the instructors, who will explain in detail how to maximise the benefit you can gain from the practice. 


This has been organised to coincide with International Yoga Day with the kind support of the Faculty of Maharishi International University, Iowa, USA. This is the first time that a lesson has been made available to those in our time zone.

You will need to go to the registration page, and submit your registration, and then you will automatically be given the link to join to the lesson.

Online TM Group Meditation. On this occasion there is the option to enjoy an online TM Group Meditation at 5 pm with people in the USA, however we will also be holding our normal daily online Group Meditation for our time zone at 6 pm. We would like to remind everyone that we have daily online TM Group Meditations for all TM Meditators in the United Kingdom and our time zone at 8 am and 6 pm. Everyone is welcome to join the Group Meditations. followed by a 20-minute Online Group Meditation

Led by Maharishi International University Faculty

Note: You will also see a reference to regular Friday sessions - please ignore this, as this is just for those in the USA. This Sunday's session has been arranged especially for us.
